Hennigan Building & Civil Engineering Ltd have over 27 years of experience delivering complete groundworks packages for commercial and residential developments across the UK. Founded in 1997, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and safety on every project.

Site Preparation & Foundations

Every project begins with careful site strip and setup. We deliver both traditional strip and trench fill foundations as well as piled foundations across a wide variety of ground conditions, coordinating with specialist piling contractors for the complete pile crop and cap package.

Drainage & Attenuation

Our drainage teams install foul and surface water drainage systems to design, including SuDS attenuation features. All drainage installations are tested and signed off to the required standards.

Retaining Structures & S278 Works

We construct retaining structures using Gabion baskets, Tensar reinforced earth systems, and reinforced concrete walls. Our teams regularly deliver S278 highway works packages including carriageway alterations, dropped kerbs, and new footpaths.
