Measuring 2.5 hectares in area the Caleb Close project comprises of 224 dwellings to provide a mix of affordable and shared ownership tenures along with the associated infrastructure, substructure and S278 works with hard & soft landscaping.

Our works on the challenging brownfield site which started in mid-2018 consisted of bulk cut and fill earthworks, plot foundations, substructure brick / blockwork, beam & block flooring, plot and development drainage, kerbs and edgings, tarmac / block paving to external areas, white lining, drainage and attenuation, connection of drainage to existing network, S278 entrance works and soft landscaping. We continue to work closely with our client Key Partnerships on achieving the early 2021 completion date which we are on program to meet.
